another simple and easy option would be to create a blog (using tumblr.com or wordpress.com or wordpress.org) or a forum (using phpbb.com or similar)
wordpress has tonnes of plugins that can extend the functionality of your blog so for instance: cms, wikis, help desk tickets, etc
